We are delighted to announce that Oliver Kannemeyer has recently completed his professional qualifications and is now a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Ollie has a BSc in Estate Management and many years of professional experience behind him, and it is a just reward for all his hard work that this is now professionally recognised.
Richard Todd has taken early retirement this year following 29 years at Drake & Kannemeyer, including 22 years as a Partner. We are delighted that Richard will continue to support the Practice as a Consultant and provide us with his highly valued Building Surveying expertise. He can now devote his professional skills to his passion and enjoyment of surveying buildings, whilst having more time to enjoy his leisure pursuits.
The firm has recently completed a project to refurbish the main corridor at the University for the Creative Arts Farnham campus, transforming the original 1970's interior into a linear Art Gallery.
The project facilitates the display of student's work whilst maintaining the main access route across the main college building. The scope of the work included new wall finishes, ceilings, mechanical and electrical services. The project was successfully completed by Bisley Contracting during the summer of 2013.
