Completion of RSCH Pathology Building Reconfiguration

In September 2020 the firm completed the £1 Million refurbishment of the Royal Surrey County Hospital Pathology Building in Guildford, Surrey. The brief was to reconfigure the existing first floor of the Pathology Building to form a bigger lab for Histopathology, including Microtomy, Immunohistochemistry and Cytology. The works required decanting the current labs to ground and second floor temporarily for the first-floor labs to be reconfigured and refurbished and then convert the decant labs on the ground and second floors to offices for the consultants and registrars on completion of the first floor histology labs. Works were carried out and completed in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020.
