We are pleased to continue our long term relationship with the Royal County Hospital in Guildford Surrey. We are currently working on a dozen or more projects for the Trust, the most notable of which are refurbishment of the Pathology Laboratories, a new Maternity Operating Theatre and Special Care Baby Unit, refurbishment of the operating theatres and converting various spaces into office accomodation. These are challenging projects, involving many stakeholders, in complex live hospital environments.

In 2020 we reached the significant landmark of consulting for 40 years as a company. Many thanks to our customers, staff, suppliers and consultants who have made this possible.

We are pleased to announce that we have been appointed to the Advanced Procurement for Universities & Colleges framework agreement. This is a procurement organisation for the education sector in Scotland available to Schools, Colleges and Universities.

Currently, we are working for the University of Liverpool in which we have enjoyed a working relationship for over 30 years. Each year we are commissioned to survey 20% of their total estates. We are pleased with the continuing progress made and successfully on target for completion. It is always a pleasure to provide our professional services in order to help and support the University with their long term maintenance plan.
