Not for the faint hearted

D&K LLP continue with another phase of high level repairs at Royal Holloway University of London.

The current works include restoration of the roof decorative iron finials which have been renovated and are due to be refixed in spring this year. Truly not a job for the faint hearted and requiring a high level of management and safety measures together with careful planning around building users, residents and various functions taking place in and around the building. A head for heights is essential on this project!

NHS 6 Facet Surveys

There has been a significant increase in enquiries for Condition surveys and 6 Facet Surveys in the last six months.

Many PCT/Interim Trusts are using the Condition and Statutory for Due Diligence on property transfers. Foundation and Acute Trusts and now mental health, primary care premises are coming under close scrutiny with the PAM metrics which looks to provide a nationally consistent approach to evaluating performance against national indicators.
